Thanks to our governor and the state Legislature, Arizona has cemented a place at the forefront of the home-sharing movement. By passing Senate Bill 1350, the first-of-its-kind statewide short-term rental law, Gov. Doug Ducey and Sen. Debbie Lesko have protected our right to share our homes on a clear, consistent and fair playing field across the state.
