Central Arizona College has an extensive Business Outreach program designed to facilitate growth in the community. From training workers and offering weekend college classes, to helping small businesses begin & providing opportunities for GED classes, Central is committed to improving Pinal County’s economic growth.

The Central Arizona College Online Job Board is available for businesses to recruit students at no charge. It is a terrific opportunity for employers to connect with potential employees without the expense of advertising.

Employers can choose from a pool of students that are educated in the latest technology for several fields; varied in age, expertise and ethnicity; and seeking full-time, part-time or temporary employment.

In the summer of 2007, a new Central Arizona College center opened on Interstate 10 in Casa Grande, midway between Tucson and Phoenix. The center is designed to host a wide range of conferences, educational classes and training seminars needed for the exploding population in Pinal County and the central Arizona region. The center is a hub for businesses and economic growth, as well as home to the college’s Small Business Development Center.

The CAC Small Business Development Center provides management and marketing counseling to Pinal County firms with less than 200 employees. All counseling assistance is provided at no cost to the client.
