Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program Pre-Registration

Welcome to the Arizona Broadband Access, Equity and Deployment (BEAD) pre-registration page. This platform is designed for broadband providers looking to participate in the BEAD grant offered by the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA). Pre-registration is required for all potential applicant's participation in the BEAD program. 

Pre-registration is intended to streamline the application process, serving as a gating stage to ensure applicants meet the program’s minimum and mandatory requirements. The ACA will use the information submitted during pre-registration to assess a potential applicant’s financial, technical, managerial, operational and other capabilities, as outlined in the BEAD Notice of Funding (NOFO) and Arizona's BEAD Initial Proposal Volume II. By pre-registering, potential BEAD applicants can focus their efforts on project-related details when the Subgrantee Application Round 1 (which focuses on fiber applications) opens December 20, 2024.

FOR ROUND 1 BEAD SUBGRANTEE PARTICIPANTS: Please note that once the Subgrantee Application window opens, the State Broadband Office will no longer be able to provide technical assistance or provide specific feedback to individual pre-registration applications. It is strongly recommended to complete pre-registration before December 20, 2024.

To begin, new users must complete the registration process on this page. Your registration will be reviewed by the State Broadband Office. Once approved, you will receive an email providing access to the Arizona BEAD portal. All portal emails will originate from [email protected], please be sure to whitelist this domain. 

This portal will serve as your central hub for all interactions, including BEAD grant applications, progress reporting and post-award reimbursements.
