Our partners, advisors, and consultants are here to serve the investors to invest their capital gains to AZQOZ Projects, defer up to seven years (15% tax reduction). If held more than 10 years, pay no capital gains tax on the appreciation. Invest and help build communities. The owner can sell his or her share or portion of the investment. Our projects can be a single unit with an individual investor or a single unit with multiple investors. We are primarily a Real Estate Development Company. Our main projects will be an Apartment complex to be converted to condo and Mixed used. Investors can sell their portion/shares after 10 years and a day. (With an option to sell before 10 years).
