In cooperation with UA Eller Executive Education, the Arizona Manufacturing Extension Partnership (AZ MEP) is offering a 4-part professional development opportunity to help supply chain professionals hone their strategic and tactical skills to leverage their organizations supply chain as a core competency to drive more profit while mitigating risk.
Attendees will learn and participate in interactive exercises related to growing the top and bottom line with supply chain strategies, sales and operations planning (S&OP), forecasting and demand management, sourcing strategies, make/buy analysis, supplier selection, supplier negotiations, risk and opportunity management, inventory management strategies, artificial intelligence in the supply chain, cybersecurity challenges and more.

- Module 2: Supply Chain Management - December 12, 2024
- Module 3: Growing the Bottom Line with Supply Chain Strategies - January 16, 2025
- Module 4: Current Challenges for Supply Chain Managers - February 6, 2025
With assistance from the Supply Chain Optimization and Intelligence Network (SCOIN) a program under the US Department of Commerce and NIST, and with funding from the CHIPS and Science Act the program attendance fee is being offered for $3,000 per manufacturing attendee ($5,000 for non-manufacturing organization attendees).
