Attendance at ACA scheduled program events are free of charge. Event transportation will be provided at no cost to event participants.
Use of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is recommended. Lodging assistance available at a discounted rate via the ACA which will be provided at time of confirmed registration.
AGENDA
Thursday, May 8, 2025
Morning: The ACA will provide transportation from the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel to the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Presentations will include Arizona’s business climate and industry strengths that will address workforce/future talent pipeline and University of Arizona led research & development activities and programs.
Afternoon: Networking lunch with industry and community leaders followed by a roundtable discussion with businesses in bioscience, medical technology and health care sectors. After the roundtable discussion, the ACA will provide transportation back to Phoenix, Arizona.
Evening: Exclusive reception with industry, academic and community leaders at Venture Cafe located at the Phoenix Bioscience Core.
Friday, May 9, 2025
Morning: The ACA will provide transportation from the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel to ACA's office where a continental style breakfast will be provided. Presentations will include roundtable discussions from community leaders, Arizona's top hospital systems, venture capital firms and startup incubators.
Afternoon: Depart for the Mayo Clinic, transportation provided by the ACA, for a networking lunch followed by presentations from Mayo Clinic and Arizona State University. Attendees will then be transported back to ACA's office for the conclusion of the event.
REGISTER
Registrants of this spinoff event should be companies or representatives of companies with interest or intent to expand or relocate an office or industrial operation to Arizona. The ACA has the discretion to not accept registrations that do not meet these qualifications. A representative will be in touch within 5-10 business days to notify registrants of admission.
