The Arizona Department of Housing regulates and licenses dealers, installers and salespersons of manufactured homes, mobile homes, and factory-built buildings (FBBs). The Arizona Department of Housing also regulates and licenses manufacturers of manufactured homes and factory-built buildings (FBBs). (24)
