CHANDLER, AZ (April 2, 2026) – TOCALO Co., Ltd., a Japan-based global leader in advanced surface modification and coating technologies supporting the semiconductor supply chain, has leased 32,045-square- feet of industrial space at 400 N. 56th St. in Chandler, Arizona. The new Chandler facility will support TOCALO’s continued expansion in the United States and strengthen its ability to serve semiconductor manufacturing equipment providers and other advanced manufacturing customers. Chandler’s established innovation ecosystem, highly skilled workforce, and proximity to major transportation and technology corridors were key factors in the company’s site selection decision.
