Lucid Motors manufactures some of the world’s most advanced electric vehicle technology at its Arizona factory. The EV-automaker is producing its luxury sedan, the Lucid Air, at its facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, the first phase of which was constructed at an unprecedented speed in less than a year. Lucid’s Advanced Manufacturing Plant (AMP-1), is the first greenfield, dedicated EV factory to be built in North America.

The Institute of Automated Mobility (IAM) is a public-private sector partnership to advance all aspects of automated vehicle safety, science and policy. Overseen by the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), the IAM seeks to position Arizona as a leader in the safe commercial deployment of automated vehicles (AVs) by fostering collaborative state of the art research, development, testing and evaluation.
